Trial birthday cake

Since I will need to be making two of these in a couple of weeks I thought I ought to give the recipe a try.

A few stumbles including weevils in flour and chunks sticking to the tin but the end product turned out pretty well and it was very tasty!!

Now to prepare myself for turning them in to construction sites and monkeys!!
