Awesome elephant art........

Back in our old stomping ground of HK.

A readjustment to be sure, I had forgotten about some of the aspects that were challenging when we first moved here which I didn't even notice by the time we left.

One of the lovely transient treasures at the moment is an entire herd of beautifully ( for the most part) decorated elephants scattered around the city in an attempt to raise awareness of the very real danger of extinction the African elephant population faces.
I could post dozens and dozens of pictures of these installations- shame that blip is just one pic per day!

I love the colours and the design

I am always drawn to the tree of life motif.

Jet lag is catching up.... It has been a long but successful shopping day over the border in China.

Finished up with a wonderful dinner with wonderful friends.
