Sea of Purple

A view from the road, I found this field of purple on my way back and forth from Belfast, Maine I finally stopped and tarried a bit. Im not sure what the flower type is but I do know that in this amount it's an amazing sight. This was only part of the field the driveway onto the property split the blaze of color in two and the other half was just as full as this one.
