Deep Heat

Still have a sore back today. It's so frustrating, especially when you don't know how you've done it. I could understand it if I'd done something and immediately felt the pain, but it has come on gradually and feels pretty sore.

So, heat pads, pain killers and rest are the order of the day.

Hopefully tomorrow it feels better so I can get back to 'normal' again!
