Pyracantha

Gone are the days when I could remember what all the plants were called, but we bought half a dozen of these after we moved in three years ago to grow as a hedge behind the lime tree. They have grown exceedingly well and I have endless cuttings I don't know what to do with, and this year they flowered and we have lots of lovely red berries.

Congratulations to Lucc and David Naylor for their wonderful photographs, which are going to be included in the Countryfile Calendar for 2015. Thanks to Draco for spotting them. Countryfile are asking the general public to pick their favourite.

A "cracking" time with my lovely osteopath this morning, so a bit sore but improving fast.
