So that's that. Went back to work today. Mixed feelings as there are a lot of changes. I think it's going to take a loooooong time for everyone to be singing from the same song sheet. Blugh.

I can feel my cloud looming. So I have to take control. And not let external issues affect me. I keep telling myself. One day at a time Marshall. Deal with one day at a time. Not easy when you've spent most if your life dealing with 101 things all at once.
