It's hard working having a rest

Today CJ and I were busy getting ready for Nan Be and M&S to arrive. First we had to do some tidying up, then we had to put away the shopping delivery.

As CJ was so good with helping me get all that done I also let him help do some of the prep for dinner - mainly helping with vegetables and sampling the biscuits for the cheesecake base!

However, by mid afternoon everything as done and we were both a little tired, so we sat on the couch to have some quiet time and watch a couple of his favourite cartoons - although clearly even this takes a bit of concentration from CJ!

We had just finished our rest when M&S arrived and it was long before S2 arrived home after picking Nan Be up from the airport. CJ the. Spent the evening entertaining everyone with his antics. Once he finally crashed, the adults had a lovely catch up also!
