MonoMonday: Relaxation

For some, it's lounging by the fire with a coffee & a good book; for others,it's a walk in the Peak District in the fresh air...
We went for a walk with Helen & Mike, and Mike was up for a Grade 1 scramble at Alport Castles. Roy went with him - and this is the two of them "relaxing" at the top... Helen & I opted for a proper path & lunch on the ridge opposite, and sitting in the sun until they caught us up. A lovely day out - followed by Mike's Lasagne.
