Hot and Cold....

... that was me not the weather! Feeling very fed up as I should have been going for dinner on the island of Kerrera but I just wasn't well and wouldn't have been very good company! When I was feeling really hot my other half thought maybe a walk along the beach would lift my spirits and cool me down but it just made me feel very cold!!

Mood was a bit like the sky very grey!
