Look both ways.  Good advice.

One of my tasks in my waitressing days was making butter curls.  A formative experience.  I've had a hankering for a butter curler lately, in part to moderate the amount of butter I eat in the colder months.  I'm pretty sure it's bad for my liver.  But I've been dissatisfied with the style of the modern ones, been considering 'vintage' ones on eBay.

Wouldn't you know there's a new design here on Kickstarter.  They've exceeded their startup target tenfold.  Good to know I'm not alone in my quest :)  Kickstarter project closes on 3rd September.
