Sofa day.

Woke up at 01.30 with bile in my mouth and terrible cramps. I wasn't sick but the acid kept me awake the rest of the night. I have been achy all day and have slept on and off. I've had half a cup of tea and a slice of toast. My stomach is still making weird swishy noises.
I pick up my grandson tomorrow from his stay at the other grandma's. hope I'm better by then - I need all my energy for that little munchkin..! Only a week before my daughter comes home from honeymoon... :-/
