Ducting Problem!

If you have followed my blip entries you will know that we originally received a Photocopier instead of our brand new roaster! This problem was rectified at the end of last week, but the smooth implementation we still to elude us. When the ducting finally arrived, we soon discovered that the roaster outlet was not the 8" diameter we had ordered, but the alternative 5 3/4" that we did not order. Timely intervention from a responsive supplier related to the Giesen company stepped in and promised us transition piece and clamps to arrive overnight to remedy this problem - here's hoping!
