The summer of the Clydesdale horses will soon be coming to an end, as they will be auctioned off on 5th September...

This lovely horse is named Spartahorse, and created by Helen Stephenson...

She points out that the Clydesdale horse is famous for its strength. This horse is named after the famous Roman gladiator and today is a distinguished drum-horse in the Household cavalry.
