Moment of Calm

Work: Head was buzzing from the 50 million emails and admin stuff so a coffee break outside called for this afternoon. 20 minutes of sitting outside by myself - except for the swans and ducks - worked wonders. Mr Swan and 4 of the adolescents were calmly grazing on clover and Mrs Swan was with the other 2 adolescents swimming in the little pond by the decking. The 10 ducklings were rushing about - in the water - out of the water - in the water - out again and quacking - but not too loudly. There were also some calming reflections under the bridge. Headed back to my desk in a better frame of mind.

Don't know why I chose this blip - had some others - Mrs Swan admiring her reflection, 2 adolescents swimming on the pond with clouds reflecting in the water. I might change the blip to one of those if I feel like it.

Monday now at an end. Tuesday has a more positive aura
