The harbinger

Whenever I hear their piercing call, I know that rain is on the way. Sometimes it is a matter of minutes, at other times days. Normally I will see two or a maximum of 4. I saw 17 of these Yellow Tailed Black Cockatoos this afternoon. Suffice it to say we have had lightning, hail and torrential rain.
