Yellow Awakening

Looking out the bedroom window this morning we both noticed this sunflower at the bottom of the garden like an eye looking at us. One by one over the past few weeks the sunflowers have been opening, the petals slowly unfurling like giant yellow eyelashes.

Yesterday sorted out the first batch of wedding photos will tackle some more today. Also had a chat and coffee with my lovely daughter. She will be back at school later this week.
