September Sunrise

I woke up early, thinking of all the children heading back to school today...hoping it will be a good year full of positive experiences and learning for them.

The lake was perfectly still and calm. It's hard to believe how late the sun is rising already...and this bit of color was all there was before the clouds rolled in and covered the sun.
