Barista

One of Technophobe's and my indulgencies is a cup of espresso coffee after our evening meal. Apparently espresso machines are in the top ten of kitchen gadgets bought but never used. As a result the average cost of a cup of coffee brewed in one of these machines is £10.68 according to the Daily Mail website.

Ours definitely doesnt fall into that category. We must have had it over 10 years and it has been used daily. Brewing espresso is definitely an art rather than a science and I am still learning. Jane has threatened to send me on a barista course.
