Monoliths

Well, sort of! These are in a planter at the war memorial.

Have been busy scrubbing stains on carpets and doing some other cleaning. I was also treating some rust spots on our fridge freezer in the garage - with a little bottle of enamel paint the size of a bottle of Tipp-Ex! Ridiculous, like trying to empty a pond with a teaspoon!

Lots of phone calls today, including one from R's daughter to say that the funeral is next Wednesday.

A very warm, sunny day today - the first in about a month.
