Farewell Balmwell

Met up with a few folk for a few drinks and a bite to eat after work today in our local. The Balmwell has been there for years. It's not really that old, but it seems like it has always been there. It's supposedly closing down in a month or so and will be replaced with fancy flats. We're going to have to find a new pub now...but I draw the line at The Marmion though.
