Apples & honey

Started the day with Holy Communion at school with colleagues. Then launched into a day of staff meetings, preparation and conversations beginning, 'did you get away?'

In the evening Ben, Josh, Rebekah and I did what we always do on the eve of a new school year - we dipped slices of apple in honey and prayed 'sweet' blessings on each other in the coming year.
