Sculpture

This was done in the 1980's by the sculpture instructor at a college where I was working. She wanted demonstrate a particular technique to students and asked me to sit with her class twice. The last day I went there (after the sittings) was quite a shock. It's one thing to see a photo of yourself, but to see a three-dimensional sculpture is alarming. I have a grandson who has been promised this one. When our daughters had boys over as teenagers, we made sure this was always on the mantle in the TV room. In those days, I had a full beard for 11 years.
