Netball is a gentle game for ladies..........not!

It may be a non-contact sport in theory but in reality games are rugged and very physical encounters.

The second day of our 4 day tournament is always my busiest and today was no exception - though for the most part it was a much more positive and stress free day compared to other years.

Our girls are on target to qualify for Nationals again - let's hope tomorrow's games go as well as todays.
