Mystery Plant (with bonus spider)

After yesterday's butterfly dilemma, today it's a plant conundrum: this one has been self - propagating in our garden for a few years but I've no idea what it is. It has glossy, variegated leaves which drop off when these fruits/ berries appear. Can anyone provide it with a name?
