Garden vistors

Went to pilates and got stretched and worked hard by the instructor. Had a wander round the garden and watched the insects on the hemp agrimony for a while. It seems to be a bit attractor of hoverflies, flies and bees.

I'm not quite sure what this is - a kind of bee? It was quite brightly coloured but behaved more like a hoverfly.
