Foodies in the city
Dreading lunch? Another boring sandwich or possibly soup? I took a casual walk today to One New change and discovered this fab food market they had on.
They had so much to offer, fresh artisan food products selling French cheese, Portuguese, West Indian, German food, English fudge, chocolates, cookies, olives, fresh honey, it all looked so appetising.
My greatest little find, was a stall selling Bhel Puri, which is a type of Indian street food. It is full of flavour, sweet, tangy and chilli sauces poured over a assorted crunchy base and combined with fresh coriander, chickpeas, etc. Yummy!
You can also enjoy your spoils from the sixth floor roof terrace, which as I have mentioned before offers great views of the city overlooking the historic dome of St. Paul’s Cathedral.
Market is on every Friday and Saturday, and first Wednesday of the month. So guess what I’m treating myself to this Friday then!!!
