Biltong!

Biltong is a South African delicacy, a bit like the American beef jerky, but much nicer in my very biased opinion! When the craving gets too much, I buy some beef (I have no idea what part of the cow it comes from, but I know it is beef), I spice it with spices I got from a South African butcher, hang it to dry in front of the window in the spare room, and 4 days later, my biltong is ready. We are getting some South African expat visitors on Sunday, and I am sure they will be very glad to taste something from back home, some of them have been in Iceland for 17 years already.
