Burnished Brass
This is one of my favourite moths - a Burnished Brass (Diachrysia chrysitis). Spectacular in large!
I have put shots of another moth, a Brown China Mark (Elophila nymphaeata) and a Hawthorn Shield Bug (Acanthosoma haemorrhoidale) on the Blippers overspill page.
