Tiny toadstools

Back into proper shoes and socks today as it was cold and wet. Bit of a shock after spending most of the summer in sandals.

Managed a very short dash to the card shop at lunchtime but no chance for any interesting photos.

The trains were disrupted on the way home - another fatality sadly. The skies were very dramatic when I got home - black clouds with the sun poking through underneath.

These tiny toadstools were growing on the stump of the old cherry tree that used to sit on the verge outside our house. They looked very pretty all in a circle and all perfect.
