Cycling buddy

I need to train a little for my forthcoming cycling holiday so I had the pleasure of a short ride with my Grandson soon to be 14! I realise he is on an upward curve and me? On the down curve! Must get more cycling in before it's too late! Note the sign of chocolate on his lip having consumed possible the largest, hottest, sickliest chocolate drink in the world.
