Ferreting in the undergrowth with my I phone.

Another walk with Pegdog through the woods and I spotted these growing at the base of a tree with nettles in front of it.
Peg got upset because she couldn't see me anymore and decided to run as fast as her 14 year old legs would let her in the opposite direction. This was still faster than me I might add.
I even managed to get through the nettles without being stung. I'm seriously thinking I have a thing about nettles.
I guess I'm really saying that Autumn is closing in us.
