Autumn turns up

In Bretenoux, today, the kayaks so beloved of the summer visitor, are neatly upturned and lined along the river bank. They give testimony to the fact that the summer season is over. The kids are back at school and us "older" folk can enjoy the calm beauty of a warm September, fading slowly into autumn.
