Recently felled

I got back in the saddle with my first personal training session for two months today: pronation still hurts my foot, so we were doing some remedial exercises and slowly reintroducing work on other muscle groups. It's going to take a while to get back to where I was pre-sprain.

This stump is all that's left of a magnificent plane tree on my route home. I guess it just got too big, too close to the houses....
