Hing Sing for your noodles

I ventured down to The Hing Sing chinese supermarket to see if I could get a successful photo for my people in the community project. Pong who owns (I believe) the supermarket agreed to pose for me. He said he hoped he didn't break my camera which I thought was undeserved criticism of himself! I had asked some of the ladies that worked there to be in the photo but they weren't up for it at all so I guess I was lucky to get someone to do it for me! I love going here anytime I need ingredients for an asian style dish I'm scheming to make. It's a great addition to Leith Walk for sure.
