That's what friends are for...

Had our Staff Development Day today. We took tests to see what our personalities are like and learned how to build teams with people who view the world in a different way. I'm an extrovert and a big picture/idea person, so it helps me to get input from someone who is more introspective and attuned to details. Interesting.

I am very fortunate to have co-workers who are also friends.
