Paint by number, the vegetable edition

I stopped by Tattie Shaws on Leith Walk today to buy some fresh produce for dinner. I had seen these colourful cauliflower the day before so I took my camera with the intention of taking a photo of them which I did. White cauliflower is so yesterday! I want my carrots green, my beetroot golden and my cauliflower purple!
