Five A Day ?

When I called at the sandwich shop at lunchtime I just couldn't resist buying a piece of this Courgette and Lime Cake. It was delicious but I don't think it will qualify for one of my Five a Day?

That's two blips of food so far this week and it's only Wednesday. And when I googled the recipe it turns out that Courgette Cake is yet another one of Nigella's favourites.

I'll put the kettle on!
