Lego Angry Birds Tapestry

My GI awfulness gave me a half day break and I was able to enjoy some time with James' parents, who are visiting from NY.

There is a wonderful Lego exhibit at the Heard Museum (Native American Art). Kids can play with Legos but there are also some amazing structures and murals/mosaics made from Legos by Native American artists.

This piece is based on a small tapestry. It took over 100 hours of work to design and assemble. I love it.
