~92 Days of Summer~

Tonight was the 92 day of summer party.
I was a finalist for the chance to win a new car.
KISM radio station each year puts on this contest. It last 3 months (the summer).
They set up their tent at various locations throughout the summer. You put you name in the box each time. 3 times each day they draw a name and announce it over the radio. You have 10 minutes to call the station.
Mike and I have tried for 3 years and never qualified. But this year, 9 weeks ago at 11;30 am they called my name. Yahoo!!!!
So tonight the 100 finalist and their spouses came to the party. Each person is called randomly until 100 people are called. I was # 88. You can only imagine how anxious I was to watch 88 people before me try to open the garage door. Sad to say I did not pick the right opener.
So if I didn't pick the right one I was cheering for my friend Rick. He was # 99.
# 98 picked the winning opener. We were happy for her but so sad we got so close and no cigar....
