Dave's unveiling

Tonight was the unveiling of the Rhodo Fest info board. Situated outside the Ivy- it's got a whole heap of info about what's happening when. The Rhodo Fest is the oldest continuously running festival in Australia, and run by volunteers, it's a labour of love.

I missed the unveiling by moments - a lace tablecloth was draped over and, at the appropriate moment was snatched off and waved in the air.

Bugger. We all missed that.

The noticeboard is Dave's idea - so people know what's happening when.

It's a great initiative and Dave is one of Blackheath's treasures.
