Expatriates' Life Style

Here we are living expat lives in Hong Kong. We get nice apartments with swimming pool, gym, indoor playground for kids (because it's too hot outside), mini library, lounge...you name it. We start learning Chinese upon arrival and soon give up because (almost) everybody speaks English. We end up hanging around our own people (even I have found Slovenian minority here) and continue our usual familiar life style. We exclude ourselves from local way of life.

Street photography helps me to keep in touch with whatever there's left of old Hong Kong, which is disappearing as we speak (see other photos).
