Good Friends

Its good to have friends & it would appear that Old Thomas Cotes had a good friend in George Houghton....hopefully I won't be meeting Old Thomas any time soon ! Spotted this today in Wing church whilst on one of my "Grand Tours". Wing is probably one of the best preserved Anglo Saxon Churches in England. It has a fine 7 sided apse, well preserved crypt and some excellent monuments from the 1500s & 1600s.

Enjoyed my outing - C went shopping to Bicester Avenue with a girlfriend.
