Grounds for divorce?

When Gareth came home from work today, he made me a cup of tea and brought it up to my office (which was lovely of him) and then he sat down in the armchair next to my desk and put his feet up on one of my TBR towers!

He said it was a bit high and took the top 3 books off the top of the pile and then put his feet back up on the books, saying that now it was exactly the right height and finally, we'd found a use for all the books that threaten to fall onto anyone who ventures into my office!

I'm pretty sure this constitutes 'unreasonable behaviour' - and crimes against the book - and could be cited in a divorce petition.
