Down to business

A 'normal' day today with just teaching to focus on and some time to catch up with myself. All went well with a new Y9 group and the return of my lovely Y11s. Plus a meeting after school with one of my new teams. It was good to get back to it. The routines still need a bit of fine tuning to make sure that I can get everything done whilst still giving the puppy due attention. He was much more awake this morning, meaning that he noticed me going for the first time this week and we were back to a quick(ish) walk before I left, during which he found a new stick which he was duly reunited with this evening.
