The Big Man is in Charge

The day of the Great Kindrochit Quadrathlon started with a bunch of people going for a wee swim across a loch.... these guys were the safety cover for the swim phase and as you can see the big man is in the centre of it all!

After they finished the swim they had the joys of 15 miles across 7 munros in really bad visibility, then a 7 mile Kayak back across the loch followed by 35 miles around it on a bike - and apparently you haven't made it if you don't do at least one dance at the Ceilidh! Another aspect of the Quadrathlon was the vast quantities of food on offer... and really good food at that! As I was only there to assist I know I didn't burn off all the food I consumed...

And did I mention the midges? Boy were they feeling hungry today!
