Sandy playground fun

A lovely sunny day! We met up with my mum in town for lunch, had a brief potter round the charity shops, I had my 6 monthly dental check up (all good) and then we met some friends from baby play at the sand playground. Little Miss had a fantastic time charging around, none of the others are walking yet so she was off like a rocket by herself. Not for long I imagine!

This evening I cooked a veg stir fry using half a de-seeded chilli from our balcony - it was pretty good, a decent kick but not too much. Seeing as we have approx 40 green chillis at present, I am thinking up different recipes to use them in! Think I will have a go at chilli jam and chutney this autumn.
