Shadows and lights
Up late, a somewhat random search for something to photograph before the day ended. I love my leather snuggler and thought it was an interesting background.
Am experimenting with 'sleep restriction': which may persuade my body clock into behaving better to give me good rest. Involves working out how long you stay asleep for and then going to bed to only allow yourself that much before you get up, keeping the get up time to the same time each day. then as you sleep through, gradually move going to bed earlier by 15 minutes.
Unsurprisingly I feel worse after 2 nights of this as overall I am getting less sleep. It may work at a micro level, so I'm going to persevere.
No methods available to change the bigger body clock ticking sadly.
