Flagellation

Learnt a new word today.

Although I don't know that I'll be using every day...

geißeln = to flagellate

I was told that there are lots of words in German for methods of torture, because back in the day they did a lot of it...I moved the conversation on, rapidly.

The rest of my morning was spent purchasing dubious items for a hen night, I shall have to advise my family against opening any parcels that arrive for me, although after this week's biology lesson at least Little miss bossy will be able to judge the anatomically correctness.
