Still trying to avoid the back blips & using the phone, but as we head into the mountains proper I might stop and accept the camera pics will make it worth while.
The group *mostly* did well today, but day one is always a finding out day, from tomorrow we should start to see them getting used to the idea that they've signed up for ten days walking in beautiful mountains.
