Oats harvest, part I

We finally got the oats harvest started. Actually we got more than 3/5 of it done today. The good part of the delayed harvest is that with this week's sunny weather, it's really dry. The first load had 17% moisture, the two last only 13%, so they don't require drying at all! Slightly frustrating though that the rest seemed to dry on the field as almost fast as the first load in the dryer. If only it would be possible to harvest it all in the late afternoon with such weather!
